Final Sale Items: Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Hygiene Products: For hygienic reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

Contact Us: Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Prepare Your Package: Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if possible), and include your return authorization and order number.

Ship Your Return: Send your package to the return address provided in the return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Process: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Expedited Processing: We will process the new order as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Responsibility: AREM is not responsible for items lost in return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
